Open Constructified on any device, go to My Account, and choose Delete my account. The app shows exactly what will be removed before anything happens, and asks for your password to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
If you can't sign in, email contact@constructified.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Account deletion request".
If you work for a company on Constructified: your profile — name, email address, phone number and password — is erased and every signed-in device is logged out. The work you did for that company stays with the company, shown as "Deleted user", because it forms part of their construction record.
If you are the last owner of a company: the whole company is removed — every project, drawing sheet, markup, task, shop drawing package, safety record and BIM model, along with the files behind them and any copies held by our model-viewing provider. Any paid subscription is cancelled at the same time. This cannot be undone.
Deletion is immediate; encrypted backups expire within 90 days.
Invoices and billing records we are legally required to retain, kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Note: if your account belongs to a company workspace administered by your employer, content you created for that company (drawings, markups, tasks) may be retained by the company account after your user account is deleted.
